AES Driver 1.3.3

User can register or sign up to the application by providing their first name, last name, and mobile number.

Login to the application by providing the one-time password shared over SMS.

Associate a hauler through the secret code shared by the hauler.

Mark availability using the toggle button provided on the dashboard.

View driver profile details in the "My Profile" section under settings.

Supported languages include English and Spanish.

Once associated with a hauler, drivers can choose a truck associated with the hauler through the application.

If associated with a hauler and have a truck, then the hauler can assign a load to the driver.

The driver application will notify users about loads offered, diverted, canceled, and completed by the coordinator.

Location Capture:

• The driver must give location permission to track and record their location. The application requires "Allow Always" permission for location capture functionality to work correctly.
• Driver location information will be captured during three scenarios:
  • When driver marks themselves as available
  • When driver accepts a load: Every 500 meters of movement, one latitude and longitude will be captured and uploaded automatically
  • When entering or exiting designated locations
• The location information is not used for tracking when no load is attached. Once a load is completed, the application will not capture or upload location information.

Load Offer:

• Drivers can view offered loads by clicking on notifications or going to the Load screen.
• After verifying load details, drivers can accept or reject loads using buttons provided.

Accepted Load:

• Drivers can view plant and wellsite details on maps or in load details section of the application.
• At the plant, drivers must show a QR code to initiate sand loading.
• After loading is complete, BOL details are confirmed via a physical printout and captured within the application.

Once BOL is scanned and updated, drivers deliver the load to designated wellsites with directions available in the load details screen.

Cancellation of loads will be notified if canceled by LM coordinator due to business reasons.

Truck Add and Release:

• Drivers can select or release associated trucks within the application.

Load Diversion:

• In case of diversion to another site requested by the platform, drivers will receive notifications to accept or reject based on driving time availability.

If there is no network available, drivers can still access details about ongoing loads, scan BOL details, make changes, and update them within the application.
